I suggest you do a lot of jogging. It works every part of your body and a really good kind of cardio. I have a friend I met back in 2010, and he is a really big guy back then. He just started running at that time. I am not sure how frequent he exercised, but now, he built is really good.

How come you did not know he was married? You have been together for a long time, how come you did not notice that? For sure there would be clues like his lack of time with you and some schedules and things he cannot share with you. Is he happily married? You do not deserve to be treated this way, and committing suicide will only mean that you deserve this because you are weak. Please be strong.

I want to be the person who will be left behind. I have experience that once, at first I was so devastated and thought what did I do to deserce this. In the end, I realize that it was better that way because if I was the other person, then I would have to feel the guilt of leaving that other someone behind.

Those who said that they found no problem for their application to get approve are seriously good bloggers. But for people like me, the common people who writes just for a hobby and have beginner skills, we really find it hard to get our application approved.
