 Yeah I don't understand that one either. 1st of all they Buy the land to build it on..."money comes in". then they build it, "Money and jobs coming in", then they hire local folks to do everything from sweep the parking lots, to running the food courts, security, hospitality, Maintenance, housekeeping, all the way up the ladder to running the casino itself.
