Which is the best way of investing????

Is buying land good or buying a flat(one portion in the built area) is good. Im confused when i have been questioned!!!

bosh77 Buying flats would be more of a better investment, but it really depends on the area you want to buy it in...my best bet would be to buy flats in new town planning areas...the value of the flat in just a few years would shoot up!
