I want to know, really why is it such a messed up thing to get high (Marijuana), hell cats got Cat-Nip! why is Weed so different than getting drunk? why isn't this legal?

I think that BEATING your kids is bad but Spanking them is okay, I was Spanked through my up bring and i'm fine.

that is so true, on both notes, but alcohol does damage and it has been showed and proven that it has killed if you drink to much. Also innocent people have been killed because of it. Weed has not done any of this, at lease not to my knowlege. so why can you go to jail for this?

you know thats what I was think as well, but then; you can plant and grow your own tabacco and you can buy a brewing kit and make and sell your own beer, so the government has not really getting any money from that, so again why not Weed?
