brandypelland started a new discussion called questions for landlords and tentants in questions & answers. 1 month agoi was wondering if somthing needed to be fixed at your rental house or the place somone is renting and you have not fixed the problem so the tenant fixes it. should they be reinbursed or just suck it up and fix it for free? i would any and all thoughts on this thanks.
