Kill them it is easy Solution . But I am telling about how we can Help those effected Place . There the People require Infrustructure . But the Places where there is poverty how they can afford those Costs . Do you have any indea for that? Like forming some NGO and helping them . So what steps and Plan to do? Thanks for your reply . Hey Friend thanks lots for your Comments . Yes that is really very effective and useful one . But if you look some Country they are so Poor and have no ability to buy even Mosquito nets .
