Fasting is practiced mostly by muslims, not only for its benefits but great rewards to encourage fasting among muslims. Muslims usually fast on tuesday, Thursday and of coz in the month of Ramadhan to get its benefits.

only fasting on month of ramadhan is compulsory but muslims still do it willingly during certain month and days weekly. Yep,it is only from sun up till its down shows the rule is reasonable for human being. It doesnt take up to 24hours. |

Hmmm.. how can it be pure? of coz it is based on someone thought? but without eye contact how can u know that person is being themselves? we sure cant tell that thru the screen, even with skype.. to recognize someone better, we need to observe body language and how they react spontaneously..
