Hi coffeebreak. Devil's food cake is chocolate cake, sort of half way between a milk chocolate and a dark chocolate. It combines the sweetness of the milk chocolate with the richness of the dark. If you had 3 pieces of cake, one of each, you would see and taste the difference. By itself, most people would just see and taste it as chocolate cake.
You can't hardly go wrong in combining chocolat... |

Because myLot pays you for discussions and responses, it is understandable why they won't allow people to advertise for 'for profit' sites. Plus, it turns discussions into advertisements, and that's not the point of myLot. It would be like seeing Honda automobiles promoted in a Toyota advertisement. You earn nothing for private messages, that's why there are no restrictions there.

I don't usually like to be directly in the spotlight, but I do like to be where I can have a good, clear view as to what is going on. Backstage would be too far away and I'd be afraid that I would miss something interesting. Tell you what. If I see or hear something good, I will go backstage and tell you...hahaha. |

Geeze! I do something similar, only I add red pepper in addition to the green one. Then instead of adding water, I drizzle a bit of olive oil in it and add fresh basil. So it's not unique, huh? Have you tried using alfredo sauce instead of pasta sauce? Sometimes I don't use any additional sauce, just another bit of olive oil.
There are so many 'variations' or 'interpretations' of recipes that ... |
| catdla1 responded to a discussion called Salt, Salt, Salt...Just Why Do They Add Salt to Everything in cooking. 8 hours ago
Adding some salt while cooking helps draw the flavor out of some foods, and really enhances flavor, especially for any vegetables that are used. When I'm cooking just meat, I usually either skip the salt or add very little, using herbs instead. What amazes me is how much added fat is used in theseshows. Using ground beef and porkand adding butter into a meatloaf mix? Frying bacon in but... |

Well, you know what my motto is, right? If you use the 'big guns' first, you might not need the little ones. Go ahead and call the rep from your logal Congressman. It's stupid that you are given 30 days (it probably IS calendar days), when 4 of them are holidays, 8 of them are weekends and your contact doesn't bother to return calls for the rest of them...
Thanks for the BR[em]wink[/em] and y... |

A lot of Mexican dishes use a mole sauce, which is made with cocoa. It's a tomato-based sauce with onions, garlic, cumin, cilantro and cocoa powder. Of course it's unsweetened and it not only darkens the sauce, but deepens the flavor. not unlike using Kitchen Bouquet (if you remember that stuff) or using instant coffee. |

It defies logic that SSA wants to spend money researching a check that doesn't even come up to the limit that they themselves set. If the problem does center around that check, I would bet that somehow it was doubled in their system, posting both pre-tax post-tax amounts. With your excellent record keeping, I know that you will be able to straighten it out, but dea... |
