No forum, lots of complaints and it is just to good to be true. I agree with manjuice up there that you should check out ptc-investigations and check it always and often. It will save you precious hours spent on the wrong PTC.

Ted Bundy was a law student. So was Bernard Madoff. So was Ferdinand Marcos. They were the great minds and they lived a lives of crime. Yes there are people of your description within the ranks of the criminals but they do not represent all of them. They merely are just the ones who get caught.
