Why look for a new one?

I'm really puzzled. Why did the pussycat dolls launch a search for a new doll? And why did they choose just one? Will somebody leave the group? Can anybody tell me?

chocofrog yeah why look for a new one?? i believe they are already the best.. i prefer that the original members will stay.. there's no need to add anymore..

chocofrog I like her for the fact that she's form Arizona. But I like Nicole more than Melody. Melody has a nice voice though.
