Yeah to say who is right or wrong in this thing is anyone's guess right now but for Jon to do that and to practically empty that bank account I do find fault with him for doing that. I really believe you can have both it does take some work but I feel anything worth doing should be done right. I've been happily married for 9 years now. Yes me and the kids all take a multi-vitamin. I take a womens every day multi-vitamin plus an iron pill (cause my iron is always low) them my kids take a chidlrens chewable vitamin. Plus I always make each of us drinks at least 2 glass of juice a day I have a juicer so I do my own with fresh veggies and fruits. We dont get the flu shot because we have all had bad reactions to them so we do this...
