Some one I know told me to send them a message in the morning so we could arrange to meet up. What is the earliest you would send a message to someone?? I dont like sending messages to people in the morning unless I know what time they will be awake. My family have never forgotten my birthday, partly because I am a twin and therefore my brother can never forget my birthday as I cant forget his! I work day time but have a young child i am continually working. I work in a supermarket and only do 27 hours over 4 days. I like my job as I get to meet a variety of people. I also love looking after my son, taking him to playgroups and just having fun with him.

Yes I agree nine is a appropriate time. It is difficult when you dont really know the person, whether like you say has her phone switched on or not but luckily she had been awake since 7am. Since I knew she had a young child I thought she would be up after 8am. Thank you for your comment and happy mylotting x

Yes thats how I feel, send a message after 9am and if I had to call her it would be later unless a specific time was given. I dont really like sending messages or phoning people that I dont know very well. I would much prefer them to contact me. Thanks for replying and happy mylotting [em]happy[/em]

I have my son's hospital bracelet and my hospital bracelet too.....also I have kept all the cards we have received like congratulations, birthday cards and christmas cards. Never thought about keeping his dummy (though he still uses them and his comfort blankets) I will treasure things that have been made for him and special things. Wow that's a good idea, its nice that you have recycled something they had to something you can use now!! Since my son is only 2, I have kept everything especially as we have discussed another child but am dreading the clear out of all his bits and bobs - deciding what to keep and what to clear out!!
