I have the intuos3 and I love it, I saved my pennies for it and it was worth every last one. I have had a graphire for 8 years and it has been great. I use it in photoshop all the time. AND the software that comes with most (I believe there is a bamboo version without the software) of the wacom tablets is well worth it and they give you a legitimate upgrade path to the full version of photoshop...

I have cs3 but I find myself using cs2 more because I only have cs at work and the interface on cs2 is more familiar when I am using photoshop at home.

Sometimes when I can't sleep it's because of too much on my mind and I am trying to solve a problem. I will get up and write down my solution or ideas to put my mind to rest so I don't lose my thoughts when I wake up. Then I can usually go back to sleep.

I haven't left, but I don't log in much anymore. I tried it out, and will stay passively, just keep my page up and log in once in a while, but it is definitely not all it's made out to be.

Raw is mainly used by professionals. A jpeg image is automatically processed in camera, a raw image is not processed by the camera and is usually processed in photoshop or other editing software. Processing usually involves color saturation and sharpening.

I think it is his style, in between rock, blues and country - he doesn't really fit into one genre so his fans and airplay are spread too thin. He has a decent fan following maybe his fans are all the type that march to their own beat and don't go mainstream, his sound is unique and that's what is so great about him.

Raw is an option in addition to jpeg on digital slrs and some higher end cameras, on some cameras you can actually save the same image in both formats.
