[i]I don't see anything wrong with re-heating rice. As long as it's not spoiled, then I don't see any reason why you can't re-heat it. It's been our practice here at home. When there's leftover rice, we put it in the ref and re-heat it or better yet, we make fried rice out of it. If you're uncomfortable with re-heating rice, then just cook it as fried rice.[em]happy[/em][/i]
