I'd be on that thing all the time. I have some Jillian Michaels DVDs but I did one 20 minute workout one day from one of them and couldn't bend my knees without it hurting for a week.

And we are both carb lovers so I am trying to help her come up with something that will fit the less that without her having to repeat it every single day. Hence, low-carb recipe book.
