crochetkid Yes my mother tried teaching me and it just wouldn't sink in. But several years later it just made sense and I've been nonstop ever since. I did try quilting and it's just not my cup of tea. But neither is knitting.

crochetkid I agree, I think having a good combination of raw and cooked gives us the best of both worlds. Probably a better variety of nutrients and better digestion.

crochetkid It's a raw food lifestyle. Fruits, veggies, and they do cook grains and legumes. The book is by George Malkmus and the cookbooks are by his wife Rhonda Malkmus. I got mine used through thrift books. But they do have a website with recipes and information.
