Ok, here are some tips for you get more responses.
1. Increase your "interests" list, make it large as possible.
2. Start your "New discussion" within your interests.
3. Subject of discussion should be "Attractive" or "Interesting" for people to attract there.
4. "Tag" your discussion properly. For example, "Mylot, Love, Money" etc etc.
5. Choose most popular Interest to start a new discussion. You can see the most recent discussion in Left panel of your screen.
6. Build up your friends list, they will keep your discussions running.
7.Keep eye on replies you get to your discussions, reply them as per need.
