i think i do eat lots of fruits and vegetables, sometimes i try to eat at least 2 oranges every morning but i stopped that because they digest the food quickly and i had to eat more food later. But i do enjoy taking fruits anytime of the day, i am trying to get use to eating raw tomatoes because its very healthy too
