 My cellphone is to make and receive calls and sometimes texts when I am out and about. It is also useful to take photos and some video now and again, but I don't regard it as a status symbol. It is just a gadget. A very useful one, but just a gadget. If somebody shows me their latest smart phone, then I am interested in looking at it and hearing what it can do, but I would never waste my money ... |

 We moved house around 3 years ago now and we had a removal company to help us. That is the first time that I have had to have this sort of help. In the past when I was fitter I would hire a truck to move all our stuff and usually do it mostly on my own with the help of my wife putting things away as I bring them in. But I would never allow her to lift anything heavy in case she pulled a muscle ... |

 I agree with you there. I always take care of what I am eating in my diet and get a healthy mix of vegetables etc. I eat them very near to their raw state because that way my body will get the best nutrition from the vitamins and minerals in the products that would otherwise be destroyed through the cooking process.  Yes, I have found this too. I don't know what it is, but asking somebody to keep a secret, doesn't work 9 times out of 10. However, I have known one or two friends who really have kept such information to themselves. And I do it myself. As a therapist, I never talk about my clients and their problems, and if a friend asks me not to divulge anything, I will not do so. [em]happy[/em]_Derek |

 I always kept a diary from a very young age. It is a good way to find resolution and help to process our experiences from day to day living. Unfortunately those diaries are long gone.
