What do you guys think of olestra? I buy the lays chips made with olestra because of the No fat situation, actually there isnt much of anything in them, maybe some carbs i would have to check next time I get a bag. Does anyone eat these or other foods containing olestra?Diane

I dont eat white bread either I got that under control but I love potatoes I cannot cut them out completely especially baked i eat the peelings with it. Natural sugars? You mean fruit? I gained weight when I ate fruit, so that does not work for me Im not eating any sugar. Im using splenda when needed. Can you name a typical day of what you would eat such as meals and snacks?Diane

i didnt have that many potatoes or carrots but I need vitimin A and beta caratine. I bet it was the french onion soup I cooked it in. That was very high sodium. Diane
