 About two and a half weeks ago, I re-pierced my belly button. This is the 3rd time that I have had it done, although I hadn't had it pierced in over a year. My belly button is really red around the piercing. Does anyone know of a way to reduce this redness? My theory behind all of the redness is that it's red because it was pierced before and there was a scar there. Any input would be greatly a... |

I have been cleaning it with a sea salt solution. I think I may go up there soon to talk to my piercer and see what she suggests/advises. |

I was aware of what to clean it with, and I have been doing that. I just don't know what the issue might be. Perhaps it just needs time, as it hasn't yet even been a month. I'm just scared of time passing and it not getting better. However, I can even sleep on my stomach without it bothering me. | | | | | |
