Hi there, I'm assuming that you mean rape by sex crime?I'm not sure seasonal sex would resolve this either but possible enhance the number of sex crimes.
Men's physiology doesn't work in this manner and to be restricted would surely mean problems?A good book is Sperm Wars, by Robin Baker a great book (with the science) that opened my mind in to how human sexual interaction works. |

Generally when you are awake it is purely down to brain chemicals & the way messages travel, I'm sure of this.
If you experience clairvoyancey, or pre cognition, I think that is a totally different thing and a gift that should be tapped in to. |

I have never been very religious myself, but have always respected others beliefs.
Also I am the same as you I try to glean info and from others beliefs and try to find common ground by looking objectively at the teachings.
