 Hello to those of you who are or expecting to be a grand parent I am trying to get a clear understanding of grand parents rights. Is there such a thing as legal wrights for a grand parent to see or be involved in their grand children lives against the parent or parents will. |

Thank you for your comment but I am a little puzzled with the grand parents being able to go to coutrt and get legal right to see or have the right to take the child for even one week-in againt the parents will. Is this the law or your opinion. |

Thank you, This is how I would think it to be also but I was told by a grand mother that she was going to go to court and get grand parents rights for her grand child. I told her that I did not think it was such a thing but she said it is, I do not know and I am very happy that have a great relationship with my grands and their parents. |

Thank you, and I am in agreement with your parents.
