I have tried using white meaty sections of chicken for chicken kabobs and they were dry after bajing for about 30 mins.so i am wondering was it the seasoning,the bakingtime or should I have used boneless thighs instead to make these kabobs?

I bought a gateway net book and despite the fact that my brother encouraged me not to zsince he knows a lot about computers, so far I am pleased. it is very handy, I can go to every room with it and do some work. I no longer have to make a special computer room time in my house since we all wwant to use computer at the same time.

Many times over I have cooked beef with a pressure cooker and keep adding water and re-pressuring to get a nice soft easy to chew meat but instead the meat separates and still is very chewy. What else can I do?
I like beef stews but not when it is mashed up into stringy pieces. |

Defintely would be good to have friends from different countries. I have a friend from bangladesh and she is really nice. the culture is different and that makes her interesting. having friends from all over the world would be fun especially if you plan to travel the world like I do.

Sure rice can be reheated. If I am going to use the rise the very next day. I place on the first shelf of the refrigerator in a bowl not the colander. If kept in colander the bottom of rice gets hardened.
If I need in 2-4 days I place in the freezing compartment,then on removing immediately to microwave a reheat for 15-20 mins. If unfrozen about 5-10 mins.

Thanks, Interesting, what will the oil do for the chicken? I know when baking turkey it is recommended to put butter which gives it a brown crisp skin.Also I know that fat(butter) makes foods soft so is that the reason for the oil? I will certainly try this although I like to mix my own seasonings -many herbs,garlic,onions,lemon juice/apple juice salt,pepper. |
