Sleep is supposed to re energize your body. I believe I sleep 6 to7 hours a day but why is it that I feel so tired in the morning?

What's the best software to use in enhancing photo's?

I am still new in digital photography and I am not sure which software works better in enhancing photographs. Any suggestions? I heard about adobe photoshop, picasa, lightroom, etc.
