A biker was involved in an accident caused by a sheep wandering onto the road, and the local council has billed him for repairing the damage caused to the road in the accident. Apparently it's standard procedure. Nice to see how compassionate our local councils are.

There are what are known as "white hat" hackers. These are basically security consultants who test other peoples sites and systems for exploits and vulnerabilities.

It may be too late by now to change things. That's my biggest fear. We now have a stealth government that sneaks taxes and legislation through. Should Labour win the next election, I'm seriously considering emigrating. For Labour to even pretend to be the government of the working class these days is a horrendous lies.
