I try connecting my pc to the internet through my mobile phone. I use a cable connection between two computer through a usb cord since my pc has no bluetooth but I always recieved an error message whenever I try to connect. Please any clue on what to do

I just discovered that so many mylotters are inactive. Why do I say so. Based on responses a discussion recieved compare to the number of members in a group irrespective of how good or interesting the discussion is. The commentators are also the same. Thanks for your response. This is a forum, it should be informative and not just for the purpose of posting to earn money alone.
