There are no fixed magical words but there is the magical NO that you need to say (no threats attached) when things don't turn your way. For instance, if you want they keep the room tidy, you tell a couple of times and then (really) throw things out of the windows (unless you are in 20 storey condo!)but not cleaning after them.
