Hi! Anyone here taken the IELTS or will take the IELTS? How was it? I took the exam last March 2012. Somehow, I failed in the writing exam garnering a 6.5 :( I did a remarking and the results are coming up in 2weeks or so. OHHHHH!!! I need a 7 all for English-speaking countries. Hope I'd pass!

We try to learn from the past. Sometimes, when mistaken once, we barely shrug it off and till we've done it twice, the lesson sinks in. Somehow for some people, it takes a bigger blow for them to learn from the past. I try to learn from my mistakes, even from other people's mistakes. It is not worth doing something wrong when you know the right choice.

I am on the same page with you. I am using it mainly though to catch up on friends and relatives. It is for me a means of communicating to those far from me. I guess you may see it that way.

My priority in life will always be family. Whatever happens in one's life, our family will always be there. I always deem it important to spend time with them, share amongst each other the love and care. I am blessed to have one great family, Thank GOD! All in all, family is a priority. Of course, never forget about GOD. He's the one behind all of us :)

I count every unexpected positive surprises as impressive. Memories of birthdays, christmases and many more celebrations are all impressive. They dictate within us certain amount of beauty and that there are much more to be thankful for. I must say not one impressive thing but many did and many more to come :) hope yours too. belated happy birthday also :)

That is so sweet. I am still single though, no kid son my own. But my brothers (some are married) and sister still do kiss our mom and dad even in public. We really don't mind. We kiss them everytime we take our leave or during mass "peace be with you". It has been practiced ever since we were young so I guess we managed to do the same now. I know the habit won't stop in our generation. It will...

I am all set ms. toni :) I simply pray that my plans go accordingly. But in the first place, I am not pursuing this without God's grace. I implore the Almighty's blessing for the successful completion of my plans in His time and I pray that I be granted patience as I wait. :)

Thank you! :) I am currently working on it. An english exam is a requirement. I do pray I pass. From there, I also pray a smooth-sailing process.

Thank you. I took the exam two years ago. Same thing happened, 6.5 on writing, got it rechecked and raised to 7. Hopefully, this time will be the same, an increase in my score. I do hope so. I earnestly pray so.
