 wow, that'd be worse. Any fatty food before bedtime or nap store up in the body fat. Instead of fatty foods, I eat a pickle or a low-calorie sugar-free popisle. It does me wonderful job. So, I will know that I will be alright in the morning when weighing in, keep my weigh in check every other day. I am happy with it. |

Yeah, I noticed. When I mentioned some things and posted, she came out and talked down dirty. I keep ignoring her, I move on to new subject or topic. She followed me and said awful things regarding my comment. I laughed. I did not get on MyLot for two months. Today is the first day to get online. It's nice and quiet now. |
