what can i use or do to lose my belly fat. Am 43 years old tied my tubes after my 3 child. I have always had a flat tummy before i tied my tubes, but now it looks as if am having another child after 13 years of tying my tubes. |

 no i don't like milk, reason being is that to offten health specialist tell you that its good for you then in a nesxt breath their telling you it can cause health risk, so who do you belive so i just don't drink milk because i don't know what the true benefits are. when the specialist can tell me what they are then i will drink milk. |

 yes i do and the reason i do is because i have gain so much weight over the few years that i just simply don't wear them. Its some time ot fited or just don't look right on. So i allow the closet to wear them for me. I am tryin to get rid of the weight so sometimes i would try them on to see how well they fit and if they do fit. thats my inspiration to get me to look i way i one did, if at leas... |
