what is the appropriate exercise to reduce fat in the abdomen.

my stomach is a bit bloated. i've do exercise like sit up and, jogging. but it doesn't show the maximum result. what do you think i must do? and what exercise to maximum reduce the fat?

farid123 where are you annie? my exprience about earthquake, was very uniqe and rare. it happen on 2006. the earthquake magnitude not big, but it take every 2-5 minuets i think a day. imagine it can reached 200 shocked a day. thats very scare us. so we just move...

farid123 i honestly feel envious of people who have fabricated house luxury. but i was still a student and not able to buy their own house, i think thats not my interests. in my opinion , i don't know why i more like sleep and life in my first home. hehe
