Drink lot of water...it causes no harm at all. My grandma says that you should drink one liter of water in the early morning before you put anything in your stomach! That has a lot of importance. She also says that we should drink 1 liter before we go to bed in the night. Even the Yoga has given a lot of importance to water. I think we should drink about 2-3 liters of water every day!

nice post buddy, there are many diseases which can be cured by only drinking water, one of the advices doctor always gives is to drink a lot of water..everything else comes after that...
