Fishmomma @RasmaSandra We should all treat ourselves with something we really want to have some. Its the reason I started eating bread again just having less. I use to eat bread every day. Now a couple times a week.

Fishmomma Thanks for the reply. I recently went to my doctors office and she wants me to eat more protein says my number is to low. Will be looking for recipes using protein and less carbs. She has me listing down everything I eat each day and how much exercise.

Fishmomma I don't have any relatives in this area, as the closest has a job in Northern California and I'm in Southern in a very large state. If I had a relative in the area who wanted to work out a deal, then it would have been a good option.
