I don't think there is a "totally free" Microsoft Office download available anywhere. You'll either need to contact Microsoft regarding your problem or re-install Microsoft Office altogether (which might mean buying another copy of Microsoft Office).

I've seen another problem with youtube buffering before...if you accidentally double click the red playback bar (it happens when you revisit certain parts of the video), the the whole video buffering process will be restarted as well. Happened to me a few time, and it was really irritating.

That's definitely a scam. Why should you need to pay money to get money? This is the typical type of ruse that scammers use to rip people off. You shouldn't fork out your money to such people cos you will never see your money again if you do that.
