Yes I believe PTC sites are the way to go. You wont get rich but a few cents here and there never hurt anyone. Theres a new site Im doing now called Bux.to it is supposed to be a good one. If you do sign up caln I be your refferal? My refferal name is michelleconley. Hope this helps.

Yes, cash out while you can. The site might close while your waiting to get more income and then you'll be unable to get anything. Thats not a good feeling. Makes you feel like you've been robbed. personal experience.
