have you ever have quarell with your neighbor because of stupid things? well, i did yesterday. i just put announcement not to turn on elecricity for drinking water together with electricity for general water in order to avoid down...

furion i have experienced it myself for several times...waahh..if you get involved into this kind of situation it is best to control your temper coz it might lead you to something worst...also being honest with your neighbors like telling them what you feel is a good...
