 I love internet because I can find out anything and everything I want. I need not depend on anyone or I needn't feel that I have no one to ask a specific question. Of course, I also like it because i can chat with my friends. Not only that internet keeps me busy all the time, I can read books, I can order anything with just a single click and so on. |

I never took vitamins or food supplements so far. It is always best to take natural food rather then supplements. What I believe is vitamins from supplements do not act on the body in the same way as vitamins from foods.It is always good to consume lots of fruits and vegetables which is sufficient for our body in terms of vitamins and other essential nutrients. |
