In Philippines, we use HELLO in many ways - just like in many countries, when we answered phone calls; when we greet people whether an acquaintance or to someone we want to befriend; When we we to sound sarcastic - however, Filipinos have modified the word, and you say it as HALERRR instead of the usual HELLOOOO!

I, too, disagree of having Sulpicio be taken over by the government. This move definitely gives no guarantee to the end of sea tragedies. In my opinion, sailing through the storm was a miscalculated risk.
