For most stuffs, I think Walmart is cheaper, but when it comes to food, I usually buy at our local Winn Dixie stores where they always have buy one get one sales, especially food items like meat, spag noodles, spag sauce etc.

I always try to not give someone the power to upset myself but as human, we can't control it sometimes, especially when you're under pressure to something, like work you need to finish or other things.

I try to be. I try not to break my promises. I am one of those people that remember every bit of promises given or told by someone. I know what it feels like when someone breaks his/her promise. It doesn't feel good, its a big turn off, and it hurts. So I am careful as to what I promise as I try to always make it real.

i was in a similar situation before. what i can only suggest is, listen to your heart if you are ready to see him yet or not. If you think you can't handle seeing him again yet, then just try to avoid him. time will pass and soon you won't noticed and you'll probably amazed yourself too. it'll happen naturally.

i don't believe in dieting cause I really don't eat much. i know some friends who would eat more on holidays and special occasions and go back to dieting again. But personally I just eat what I want to and then burn calories later.

Thank you for posting these safety guides. I heard about this before and wasn't really paying much attention to it until lately. I noticed that I get headaches when I stay on the cellphone longer. I'm a fan of Dr. Oz but I cannot manage to watch his show often due to my work schedules. I need to warn my friends and love ones too. Thanks!

I try to have a to do list everyday to make sure I done what I need to do. I am online most of the time. I leave my computer on and let it be idle when I am working offline. I am used to multi-tasking so it doesn't bother me that much. When I really need to concentrate and focus more, I sign out from messenger to keep friends from sending messages (but i'm still online).
