I just recieved an email from World bank in Spain stating I won $600,000. Does Yahoo really do these kinds of lotteries? And it said this is the first time they conducted the lottery this year. Is this a scam or not?

I really like Resident Evil 4 for pc. It's an awesome game! I like the awesome guns and great graphics and the evil villagers that attack you. I have played this game allot. I hope they come out with more Resident Evil games....
