Neobux is great and they pay instantly. They also have a low $2 payout. You can't find better standards than that. Many ptc sites pay, but sometimes you need to wait a month or more. I have been doing ptr programs for over a year and a half and there are many paying programs. I would recommend trying a few as you should see that many ptr programs you will reach payout by yourself (even without referrals). Also they usually have lower payouts so you can cashout sooner. There are paying sites out there but how much you make will depend on you. No one can say you'll earn this much nor can they say that you will be able to make the same amount as them. I think anyone that cheats these sites deserves to be deleted, no matter what country they are from. Others are trying honestly to earn money and if people cheat, it ruins it for the rest of us on many levels.
