hryleo I do like mushrooms too,but the eating way is so different with yours.I like them in all soups,sometimes i do it myself with all kinds of mushrooms i can find--shiitake fungus,cap fungus,saint geoger's mushroom,straw mushroom,hericium,jelly fungus and so on....
