hstoyanov I agree that this veggie diet will help you to detox your body but I dont think you should do it very often - not more than 4-5 cycles of 3 day diet in one year. Detoxing your body is a good thing but three days on veggies is a pure starvation for your body....

hstoyanov I don't think that is good to share everything from your live over the web. Facebook is a good way to get in touch with friends and to meet new people but you have to put some limits for what you can say and what you can't.
