 Hi mauricecassidy,I used to play guitar too but I wasn't able to continue it anymore when I entered college. I love music and I want to learn different instruments.  Thanks for sharing, msfrancisco. That exact same thing happened to me as well. I tried to scream out loud but it was such a hopeless situation. I still experience sleep paralysis once in a while but, yes, I do stay calm and still keep myself awake no matter what. I am praying for us not experience it anymore.
