What is your favorite breed of bovine?

My favorite large breed cow is the Jersey, I can't get over those soft brown eyes! I also like the Holsteins because I have this love for all things black and white. My favorite miniature cows are the Panda and then the Jersey....

ibuwolf I like Highlanders best. They're cute with all that hair. Jerseys are great b/c they give such nice milk and they're so gentle. What I really want to get though is a Dexter because they're so usefully dual purpose.
