6 nopember 2010 - end of 2010 (6 nopember 2010) is a dark year for us who are in djogja, in year summiteruption occurred trim, it was my duty as chief of the ER dr. sardjito hospital in jogjakarta indonesia, previously has a small erupion of mount merapi is considered the lokal community just as an ordinary explosion that would blow over, but it turn out than an eruption in the evening peak, i was on duty in the ER was reported in the comin eruption of merapi victims who suffered burns degrees III-IV, the final incident occurredat our emergency room, many burns from hot clouds (wedus gembel) and inhalation burn trauma, we were busy that night in the form of action endotracheal intubation and intalation of central venous catheter, and fasciotomi. then we send it to burn unit sub sequent treatment of victims.....survive more or less 50% and the rest are not helped, that's a bit of my story in a hospital emergency room Sardjito yogyakarta...
