imqt29 yes, if you are busy you will think less on food.. i have observed that when I have a lot of things to do, i don't think much of food and I lose my appetite so I eat less and work more which also helps burn calories on my body.. this could help me lose more...

imqt29 On weekdays, I eat dinner when I arrive home, that is between 8:30pm to 9pm.. But on weekend since I'm just home the whole day, I eat dinner early, around 6 or 7pm..

imqt29 I really liked the way charmed ended. Their mom and grams were there though they died long time ago, I wish Prue was there too.. I really miss watching Charmed on TV.. Good thing I have a DVD copy of every season ;)
