Has anyone been to Kota Kinabalu? Can you recommend a cheap but clean and convenient place to stay? Backpackers is preferred but with privy room. Do they have some sort of a "backpackers area"? Any information as to the must-sees and must-dos? Looking into taking a vacation there in the near future. Hope some of you can give some insights!

lol, as much as I want to, I can't. I've tried it before and I didn't feel well after. I'm not the healthiest person around but I've tried not to eat too much junk food. I can't help it at times so I buy small packs, this doesn't fully satisfy the craving, but it usually does the trick..

Yes yes yes. My favorite is cherry. It's damn expensive though. I love korean pears, fuji apples (i'm very picky about apples lol), ponkan, banana, watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, hmmm I think I can go on and on, so I better stop. And uhmm did I say I love fruits?

Powder for massage? Really? I haven't heard of that yet. I like oil during massage but I hate how it feels after I wear clothes. I actually prefer massages with clothes on, like in Thai massage, and they don't put anything on your skin..

I've lost mine together with the entire contents of my huge bag. It was snatched from me while I was walking around some neighborhood looking for an apartment. Needless to say, I never went back to that place or anywhere near it again. I think the money amounted to about $50 more or less. But I got a lot of things in that bag, the total value of which was way more than $50.

I am currently working in a place outside my hometown. When I was living alone, I usually spent my weekend going to the mall or go around and explore the city. I ended up knowing and having been to places where my local officemates don't even know existed, go figure=D Now, I plan to enroll in some classes just so I won't keep on staying at home and burning the internet lines lol
