i have no idea what r u trying to tell here:), gas pipeline and cathodic protection system? btw i have the experience installing cathodic protection system to gas pipeline. cathodic protection system is a method to control pipeline corrosion.

i heard that google did banned adsense in certain country. i don't know if India is one of the country? did you tried to ask your friend weather their adsense account is currently active?
